AOP Chateau Riviere Red Wine
Produced in the heart of the Fronsac appellation on the right bank of Bordeaux, this elegant red wine is primarily a blend of Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled vats and aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, resulting in a complex profile featuring notes of dark cherries, blackberry, plum, and spicy vanilla, which evolve into forest floor, truffle, and licorice with age. It offers a round, supple texture with polished tannins and is best paired with classic meat dishes such as beef, lamb, duck, or game, as well as rich pasta and aged cheeses.
Menetou-Salon - Antoine de la Farge
Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on clay and limestone soils, this wine is fermented at cool temperatures and aged on fine lees to add freshness and subtle roundness. The nose offers refined aromas of citrus, white blossom, peach skin, and a hint of flint, while the palate is fresh and smooth with flavors of lime, pear, and a gentle mineral note. Lightly herbal and elegantly balanced, it pairs beautifully with goat cheese salad, seafood, or grilled green vegetables.
