60ml Aperol, 90ml Sparkling Wine, 30ml Soda Water, Orange, Fresh Thyme, Ice

How to make it:

Fill a high ball glass halfway with ice

Pour in the Aperol, sparkling wine and soda water then stir gently to combine.

Finish with a slice of (fresh or dried) orange and a sprig of thyme to enhance both the aroma and flavor
