"Les Adrets" , Bandol AOP Mourvèdre / Carignan - Moulin de la Roque
Le Moulin de La Roque Les Adrets Bandol Rosé is produced from younger vines grown in five distinct soil types, including rudist limestone and red sand, within the famous Bandol appellation. The winemaking process involves careful sorting, light pressing, and fermentation at controlled temperatures to preserve the natural fruit aromas and mineral character. This organic wine features a delicate pale pink to light ruby hue with a bouquet of ripe strawberries, red currants, and citrus blossoms. It is an ideal companion for Mediterranean dishes such as grilled seafood, bouillabaisse, or fresh summer salads, and is best served chilled between 10°C and 12°C.Region:ProvenceTasting notes:The nose reveals aromas of red berries, white peach, and citrus zest.
